B2B coffee is available from Sortengold starting at €20 per kilogram (net). The exact price depends on the variety, grind, and purchase quantity — for larger offices, we are happy to calculate tiered prices. The free sample package gives you a first impression without any cost risk.
From approx. 5 kg per month, a regular delivery makes sense — this corresponds to about 15–20 employees with daily coffee consumption. For larger offices (50+ employees), we are happy to calculate the exact requirements.
Fill out the form, done. We usually send you a coffee sample (250 g) within 2–3 business days, matched to your machine setup. No prior conversation necessary, no invoice afterwards. If it's a good fit, we'll start regular deliveries — if not, no problem.
We deliver throughout Germany. We deliver to Berlin and the surrounding area with particularly short delivery times (1–2 working days). For the rest of Germany, we ship via DHL—usually 2–3 working days. For certain quantities, the shipping fee is waived.
For most offices, we recommend our Mount Elgon Espresso: chocolatey, nutty, low in acidity — ideal for automatic and portafilter machines, and a favorite that espresso fans and milk coffee drinkers can agree on. For offices with filter setups or mixed preferences, we also have Omniroast options.
Yes. We provide brand-independent advice on the equipment that suits your office. Whether it's a fully automatic machine for 10 employees or a portafilter setup for a café feeling in the office — we recommend what makes sense, not what fits a supplier contract. We can also procure machines upon request.
No problem. Adjust the delivery rhythm flexibly, pause or postpone the next order — simply by email or phone. There is no minimum purchase per period and no cancellation fees.
