Our Swiss Water Decaf from Colombia is a speciality coffee that is perfect for everyday enjoyment. It offers a balanced flavour profile with sweet caramel notes and subtle roasted almonds.

Herkunft & Röstung

Origin: Bwinyana, Burundi (Butihinda Washing Station, est. 1984)

Processing: Washed | Decaffeination: Swiss Water® Process — water-based, solvent-free, caffeine content <0.1%

Project: Rotheca Project — approx. 1,000 smallholder farmers around Bwinyana Hill, ~80% of whom are women. Kalico (Kahawa Link Company) invests in training, environmental protection, microfinancing, and scholarships for girls.

Roasting: At Euro Roast in Berlin, every two weeks in small batches. The roast date is printed on every bag.
