The green coffee comes from organic and Fairtrade-certified farmers in Colombia. Fairtrade and organic certification supports ethical practices and respect for the environment. We roast the coffee in Germany and ensure fair payment ourselves here. We have therefore consciously decided against our own Fairtrade certification in Germany.
